Our services include, but are not limited to, basic cleaning tasks, deep cleaning, customizable maintenance plans, and specialized cleaning services as agreed upon in individual service contracts. All services are provided by professional cleaners with attention to detail.
2. Service Contracts and Agreements
- Contractual Basis: All cleaning services are provided on a contract basis. The specific terms, scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be detailed in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
- Customizable Plans: We offer customizable cleaning packages. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be made in writing and approved by both Miami Cleaner Uppers and the client.
- Binding Agreement: Once a service agreement is signed, it forms a binding contract between Miami Cleaner Uppers and the client, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Service Fees: The fees for our cleaning services will be outlined in your specific service contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Safety and Security: Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff and securing any valuables or sensitive information prior to our arrival.
- Disclosure: Clients must disclose any special instructions, allergies, or areas requiring particular attention or caution.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with sufficient notice as stipulated in your service contract. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Damage and Liability
- Insurance: Miami Cleaner Uppers carries liability insurance to cover property damage or bodily injury resulting from our negligence during the provision of our services.
- Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported to Miami Cleaner Uppers within 24 hours of service completion to be considered for claim.
- Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or faulty materials. Certain high-value or delicate items may be excluded from our cleaning services upon mutual agreement.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a specific aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will gladly return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate a service contract in accordance with the terms specified therein. Notice periods and any applicable termination fees will be detailed in the individual service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Amendments
Miami Cleaner Uppers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
